I used to go for service as the owner's nature was good. But I had an accident last year and the trunk and rear bumper was damaged. They took 3 months to repair it and after few months the paint started going off. I showed them car they said it happens some time and they fix it after taking 3 days and with in one week the paint goes off again then Jas started ignoring calls and msg. I sent pictures to owner as well but he seen the photos and no reply. Very poor service.

Isn’t the address 99 West Dr ?? I’ve been dealing with the mechanics there since 2017-2018 and they’re good. Usually their quotes are less than anywhere else and I have had no issues with my repairs afterwards. I like the fact that they have more than one hoist so that saves costumers time and more money for them lol. It does get busy there sometimes and the wait can be long. As for the auto collision and body shop, I’ve never dealt with them before, I am assuming they’re both for the same owner Rana ?

Honestly I work at Runway auto collision and repair inc… I have to say I have not ever worked for a more caring and understanding employer’s like Kevin and Jay they are great bosses not only that they show nothing but compassion for their customers when taking care of their vehicles. They do extremely well when repairing cars they make them look like new I would recommend these guys highly recommend these guys to my family, my friends, everyone.. The work these guys do not only Kevin and Jay but all the mechanics there do amazing and outstanding work.

I got my car fixed at the collision centre, kevin helped me with everything from the beginning to the end. He treated me like family and did so well on my car. This was my first car and I didn’t know anything about insurance and he was with me like a brother every step of the way. I’m so happy with the results and would recommend everyone to go to Runway Auto.

Don’t bring your car here. I had a horrible experience with getting my car repaired. I was in a minor rear end collision but the inside of my trunk was all pushed in and trunk lid had a hand sized dent. They took almost 2 months to fix and I was called in to pick up the vehicle multiple times with the repair being incomplete. I was given a very dirty rental, with stains on the seats and terrible smell. I whipped down all the touch points and the wipes were black when I was done. After all that I came to pick up my vehicle and the “repaired trunk” was marginally better than the original accident. They told me to come back tomorrow and we’ll have it fixed and when I did there were still gaps in the plastic cladding which were not there originally and I was told that this is the best they can do and that and it’s normal for cars to have these gaps over time with wear and tear? I clean my car twice a month very thoroughly and I had never seen these gaps before the accident. AFTER ALL THAT, I decided to bite the bullet and cut my loses cause I didn’t want to drive that disgusting rental anymore. I had my car for less than a month and noticed my rear defroster isn’t working correctly, trim on my trunk lis coming off and one of the lights in the tail light work intermittently. I went back only to be told they did not work on those parts and told me to change the bulb when it’s clearly a wiring issue and offer me glue for the trim!!? I’d expect the auto repair shop to do check everything when your car has been in an accident and do the repairs according. Another one of my cars was involved in a hit and run recently and the service I received at the other auto body shop was night and day. If you want the repairs done right don’t bring your car here.
